Shipping

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £150.Orders under £150 are charged at a flat shipping rate (shown at checkout).All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–5 working days from dispatch

  • International: Varies by destination

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details.

International Orders

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local handling charges

These are not included in the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your artwork. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order under the following terms.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

The artwork must be:

  • Returned in its original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original protective packaging

Once the artwork is received back in satisfactory condition, a refund will be issued for the price of the artwork only.

Return Postage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original delivery charges (including free delivery promotions) are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend returning artwork using a tracked and insured service, as the buyer remains responsible for the item until it is safely received by us.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The artwork

  • The packaging

  • The damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Personalised pieces

(These are made especially for you and cannot be resold.)

Seller Policy

When you purchase from my shop, you are buying a one-of-a-kind, original artwork created and carefully prepared by me in my studio.

Each piece is individually painted, finished and packaged by hand, and I take great care to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

Order Processing

You will receive a confirmation email once your artwork has been shipped, along with tracking details where available.

This is especially important for original art, and I take this responsibility seriously.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so I can resolve it quickly and fairly.

Your satisfaction matters to me, and I will always aim to put things right.

Returns
